TRESPIEDRAS
TresPiedras is a project focused on recovering historic vineyards and sustainable traditional viticulture, to create fine, unique, authentic and elegant wines with minimal production, which transmits the essence of each place, variety and soil.
The vineyards: treasure and origin
My great-grandfather, my grandfather, my father and I have dedicated our lives to planting and caring for the vineyards. We only work with owned vineyards that in some cases survived the phylloxera. A multitude of varieties, clones, soil types, rootstocks, orientations, altitudes and training systems allow us to create unique wines in the vineyard
Love for viticulture and respect for nature
Protecting the viticultural heritage is our main obsession, and for this, sustainable and ecological practices are key. No type of systemic chemical or herbicide is used. We cultivate the vineyard as it was done before: with effort and dedication to protect the environment
We do not inherit the land from our parents, we borrow it from our children.

Rebuilding traditional architecture
Our ancestors left the places strewn with architectural pieces of extraordinary beauty. The wine presses, underground cellars, sheep pens, huts to protect themselves from storms, walls that supported the terraces, stone fountains, wells and other elements, remind us of what one day was like a great history book carved in the earth.
This book, full of lessons that takes centuries to learn, is the one that we restore and protect today so that future generations can continue to enjoy it
