Last week we were in Fuentecén, Burgos, harvesting the grapes that will be part of our wines, all of them from the tempranillo variety.
We at TRESPIEDRAS want to assure the quality process for the full provisioning chain, from grape harvesting to the aging of the wines and selection of the corks for our bottles.
All of the grapes that will be part of both Nobbis and Unanimous are hand picked and selected prior to their unloading so to ensure optimum quality. Moreover, all of the grapes for our wine Unanimous come exclusively from La Tejera field, in Fuentecén, where all of its vineyards are older than a century.
